1. Do I have you be a UAE resident to own a business? No. Non-residents can own a UAE busness too. You may chose to visit ocassionally on a business or visit visa whilst handling your UAE busines remotely for the most part.

2. Do I need to be in the countryUAE to set up a business? No. A business can be setup entirely remotely. Though you will have to be here for your visa issuance, Emirates ID issuance, medical test and bank account opening, should you chose to take up a UAE residency.

3. How long does the company set up take? Between 3-5 working days

4. How long does visa issuance take? Between 3-4 weeks.

5. How long does bank acount opening take? Between 4-8 weeks.

• Required number of partners (upto 10)

• Required number of visas (upto 6)

• 3 company name options

• List of shareholders

• List of managers

• List of owners

• Documents for shareholders (natural person): Passport, CV, Address. UAE Visa and Emirates ID (if UAE resident)

• Documents for shareholders (corporate entity): Trade License, Board Resolution, MOA, Owner/ Director Passport Copies)

The company setup process takes between 3- 5 days after comencement.
